• As a buyer, you will only pay for shipping on items $100 or less, otherwise we cover shipping costs.
  

How do I create a listing?

• Sign up or login via the “sell with us” tab so you can start selling asap!
• Once approved we will send you a loom video walkthrough to setup your seller account, list items, and get paid!

What are the fees for selling on Creator Outlet?

• Creators earn 85% of every item sold, while Creator Outlet retains 15% commission with a portion of Creator Outlet’s earnings donated to select charities.

Who pays for shipping?

• Creators never pay for shipping: customers pay for shipping up to $50, and Creator Outlet covers shipping expenses over $50.

How do I ship items once a customer makes a purchase?

• We will mail you custom boxes and shipping sleeves. A shipping label and QR code will auto-generate for every purchase and be sent to your email.
• Simply box your items and go to your local USPS with the QR code where they will print your shipping label and ship your package for free!

I can’t find my prepaid shipping label or QR code in my email, what should I do?

• Email us directly at contact@creatoroutlet.shop so we can solve this issue asap!

What will help my listing sell faster?

• Include multiple photos and videos, specifically quality b-roll type shots. Use your content skills to create an authentic yet quality listing!

What are the policies for prohibited or restricted items

• Items listed must be new or like-new. You are advised not to sell any items where you have a contract with a brand that includes a "no resale policy".

How will I receive payments and when will I get paid?

• Payouts will be distributed by the Creator Outlet team in your seller account bi-weekly at the end of the week.

As a creator/vendor selling products on Creator Outlet, it's important to understand your tax obligations. Here are some key points regarding taxes:

1099-K Reporting

• Creator Outlet is required to report payment transactions to the IRS via Form 1099-K if you received gross payments from payment card transactions exceeding $600 in a calendar year.
• If you meet this threshold, Creator Outlet will send you a Form 1099-K after the end of the tax year. This will show your total gross revenue from card payments on the platform.

Self-Employment Tax

• Income from selling products on Creator Outlet is considered self-employment income.
• You are responsible for paying self-employment tax (15.3%) on your net earnings in addition to regular income tax.
